My only dissatisfaction was that I called at 4:40 and waited until 8pm to call to see if someone was coming and they said that it said and I was not home when the tech arrived which was untrue I had been home all night. Plus I was supposed to get a call. i waited until 10pm and called back and they said they would put in an order...like it was the first one. I then got a call from George immediately and said he would be here after one more stop or did I want to re-schedule I said no please come. He said that was the first time he was contacted for my order. George did get her about 11:30 and fixed the problem....He was great!! I think you need to look at your system!!"

"Technician is very rude. He arrived 1.5 hours late and went to the wrong house. When he was at our outdoor AC unit, I asked him if I need to turn off the AC. He answered in a very rude manner "How can I check the unit if it's turned on?" and then continued, "It's like bringing a dead person to a doctor." and still continued, "How you check a person if he's already dead?", So I told him I was just asking if I need to turn off the AC. After a while, he came to our door and asked if the filter is clean, I answered "I don't know.", He then said " Better check if it's clean." SO I told him, Isn't he supposed to do the maintenance check up?". When he was done, he asked whether I'm paying using credit card or check, I told him by check. He then said "Where's the check?". I told him "Aren't you supposed to tell me how much is the charge, so I can issue a check?."

"I called 3-months ahead to make sure I had the service plus the repair I was quoted. I called again the Monday before.... they had trouble finding the notes... I called at 9:40 for my 8-10 window and they were sending the wrong tech but I was assured that Roy, who quoted the job, would have the parts and would do the job.He arrived at 2:30ish. He refused, yet they sent someone to sell me a new unit.... when Roy left ... the air conditioner was not blowing cold air... I had to call him back the next day and spent a miserable night in the heat."

"For the first time, we dont think the technician did a thorough job. The air conditioner still has some debris left on it. Also, he told us everything was fine, yet some categories on the checklist were marked fair and not good. When I told him the ac made a larger than normal sound when turning off( not when turning on) he said that was normal. He did not even try to test it."

"We called Thursday am due to no AC. A Tech was dispatched and arrived in the scheduled window that afternoon. He diagnosed a defective blower motor and indicated that he did not have the part and it would need to be ordered. We were told that we would be contacted Friday am between 9 and 10 with an ETA. That didn't happen. I personally called three times that morning with no better than " we are checking with our supplier" answer". Nothing!!!! We called again around 1. WE CALLED!!! We finally got the answer that the part was in St. Louis and would be ordered for delivery next week. If we wanted the part expedited we would need to pay for next day shipping. Crazy. I called around. Found another service provider with the part and we were back in business by 5 on Friday afternoon. A down AC unit going into the hottest weekend of the year should be a priority. We are a maintenance agreement customer. The agreement talks about priority and how we will be taken care of. Didn't feel at all during this process. Just ridiculous that I could make a few phone calls locally, find a service provider and find the part. Where is the priority service. We are rethinking our relationship going forward when our contract term runs out."

"They left exposed electrical wires ( I called and they came back and fixed this); they did not give me an invoice - only a yellow sheet saying the work was completed); they moved heavy items. So they could do their work ( that was okay and understandsble), but they did not move them back. Since I am over 80, live alone, and have a knee and shoulder problem, I have so far been unable to move them back. They also had to go out twice for parts - although I was their I only job that day, they apparently neglected to make sure they had what they needed. Since I had not scheduled anything for me that day, this was not a problem - but it did make me wonder."

"I called on a Monday afternoon and was told a repair person would be out between 4-6 PM. I called around 6:30 PM and was told the appoint was for Tuesday between 4-6 PM. Well on Tuesday around 7:00 PM I called to see if someone was still coming to check on the air conditioner and was told it might be as late as 8-10 PM because there were still 2 other calls ahead of me. It was agreed that someone could come first thing on Wednesday morning. I was told the thermostat was bad and even still under warranty I would have to pay over $400 for a new one. The only thing the repairman did was reset the unit by flipping the switch and it was working again! I told the person who answered the phone when I scheduled the appoint the error codes. I have been a customer since 2012 and have maintained the furnace and air conditioner as well as purchased the service contracts every year."

"The technician fixed my issue of a clogged AC drain line efficiently and effectively. He also installed a shut off switch to protect my system should the line clog again. Unfortunately he did not test the switch so that evening when my system turned on the compressor started but the fan did not. I was able to fix the issue myself by checking connections and turning off and restarting the system but if he had tested his work before he left the problem could have been avoided."

"The service is always great BUT you sent TWO technicians because the first came with no ladder! Comfort Masters has been servicing this account for YEARS. In times past you have sent some of your people without a ladder. It costs Comfort Masters money and it wastes my time. Get yourself a system that provides notation and while you are at it get rid of the paper left at the end of the call. Service companies should have a mobile solution for their guys. Investigate low-code development for your IT department. You can create an app in weeks that will provide your customers with much better services. Contact me because I am in the low-code market."

"We called Comfort Masters to look at our A/C. A technical came out the next day - which was great, he replaced the compressor, but that night the A/C stopped working again. It didn't even work for 24 hours. Same technion came again and said we have a water issue. He cut open our brand new furnace duct - no water, no moisture. Our duct is completely mangled. He changed nothing and charged us $250 for the second trip - when he didn't fix it trip one. He left and nothing has changed, he fixed nothing. I dont undertand what he did, I don't understand why he charged us."

"The technician was very good, listened to my description of the issue and promptly figured out and corrected the problem. My rating went down due to the phone scheduling service. When I called due to having no air conditioning, I was immediately scheduled for 8 - 10 am the following day or I could be placed on a list to possibly get a service call on the day I called. I was told, though, that thy could not promise service that day and, if I opted to be on the same day list, I could not also keep the 8-10 am next day service slot. Since the next day service was guaranteed and same day was not, I opted to keep the next day 8 - 10 am slot. The next day, at about 10 am, I was called and told that the techs were too busy and would not be able to get to my house that day. They should not promise something but then not deliver on it."

"It was time for our scheduled ac tune up and Comfort Masters sent our 2 techs. Ive never seen that before. Anyways, they said we had a leak and lost 5lbs of refrigerant and they recommended replacing the AC unit for an exorbitant estimate for a comparable unit. Dissatisfied, we got another opinion from another HVAC company and they thoroughly diagnosed our issue and identified the problem. Its not due to the micro leak which we do have, theres a mechanical issue. Nonetheless, I am not happy about Comfort Masters not being able to diagnose our issue correctly, upcharging us, and for quickly trying to go the replacement route. Lastly, your sales rep tried selling us a lower model Lennox at a high price. Suffice to say, we are not renewing our contract with Comfort Masters. We have been happy for the last 4 years but we felt Comfort Masters really dropped the ball this last visit."
