General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for directing and organizing all activities of a Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office. The General Manager supervises the P&L, steers sales, and provides guidance to all personnel and processes for the center.

Service Technician
The Service Technician conducts diagnostic, service, and/or maintenance work on residential and/or commercial heating, cooling, and related equipment and accessories. The Service Technician corresponds with residential and/or commercial customers to provide answers to any and all questions, resolve issues, and verify complete customer satisfaction. The Service Technician also advises the customer of recommended products and services and works under the management of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.

Installation Technician/Installation Helpers
The Installation Technician performs HVAC equipment and accessory installation and start-ups on residential and/or commercial locations. The person in the role also conducts installation and service on inside air equipment and accessories, as well, and has the ability to comprehend controls and wiring graphics and schematics.

Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service Specialist fields customer inquiries, objections, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of respect and professionalism to resolve customer issues with a single-call resolution. The Customer Service Specialist is also responsible for supporting day-to-day running of the Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning service office.

The Dispatcher, following approved radio and pager processes, dispatches appointments to Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers. The individual in the position also communicates with the customer to ensure the customer is aware of scheduled appointments, respond to questions, and to help resolve issues. The Dispatcher efficiently plans and routes the most ideal technicians following established company policies.
